What is Ceremony?

In my practice, ceremony is the intentional creation of a sacred space where you can commune with Source and reconnect with your center or Soul essence. It is a prayerful, reverent space designed to listen with deep curiosity and humility, where you approach the altar of something sacred—whether that’s Source, God, your body, or your womb. This sacred environment invites you to explore the depths of your being, fostering a profound reconnection with your true self and inner wisdom.

What makes this work Ceremonial?

What distinguishes this work as ceremonial is the quality of intention, presence, and deep respect for the body. We create space to slow down and connect with your prayers and intentions for our time together.  This isn’t just bodywork or pelvic care. It’s a sacred practice of listening, attuning, and honoring the whole of you. This space is dedicated to deep listening—to both your words and to your tissues—cultivating a relationship rooted in curiosity, openness, and non-judgmental presence. By honoring the true pace of life, you develop a sacred trust in your body’s wisdom, fostering a sense of belonging within your own body and the world around you.

I am coming from out of town. Is there somewhere I can stay?

Yes, you are welcome to stay at the space where our ceremony is held. The space is thoughtfully designed with all the amenities of an Airbnb, including appliances for your convenience. Your stay includes a pre-made Ayurvedic soup dinner. Even if you are not traveling from out of town, you are encouraged to stay and take the time for you in quiet integration between sessions, allowing for deeper rest and connection with yourself.

I just started my menstrual cycle. Do we need to reschedule?

No, it is not necessary to reschedule if you are expecting your menstrual cycle or are already bleeding. All parts of you are welcome in this space. I will provide a protective blanket on the table for you to use during our time together, but if you have a specific item you prefer to use for free bleeding, you are welcome to bring it along.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, I provide flexible payment plans tailored to your specific needs. Ceremonies can be scheduled weeks or months in advance, allowing you to complete your payment before your ceremony date. I am happy to discuss options during your 1:1 consultation call.

Is there anything I need to bring?

Yes, you will receive a "Logistics & Personal Care" email one week prior to your ceremony. This email will include details about the date, time, location and how to prepare yourself and your body for our time together.

Can I shower there before ceremony?

Yes, accommodations are available for your use throughout the two- or three-day ceremony, including shower facilities to meet your personal care needs.

I have an event to go to/facilitate the day after our ceremony ends. Will I be okay to go?

I strongly encourage you to clear your schedule for at least 48 hours following the ceremony. This allows your body the necessary time to rest and integrate the experience. Your energy body will be particularly sensitive, and your nervous system will be attuned to a slower pace. Prioritizing rest and self-care in the days following your ceremony is essential.
