Event Description

Tending to Womb & Vulva
Many women carry a quiet sense of disconnection from their bodies.
You may notice numbness. Difficulty feeling sensation or pleasure. A lack of safety or ease in intimacy. Confusion about your vulva or womb. Or a feeling that your body is “behind,” guarded, or not responding the way you think it should.
This workshop is for women who are not looking to be pushed, fixed, or rushed—but who want to learn how to be with their bodies in a way that feels safe, respectful, and attuned.
What this workshop offers
The Ceremonial Pelvic Care Workshop is a slow, educational, and experiential space where women are guided to:
-
Understand their pelvic anatomy (Womb and Vulva) in a clear, grounded, and shame-free way
-
Learn how the nervous system, safety, and sensation are deeply connected
-
Discover how to listen to the true pace of their body—rather than forcing openness, pleasure, or release
-
Explore how to tend to the womb and vulva with reverence, care, and choice
-
Ask questions openly, without embarrassment or pressure
-
Begin (or deepen) a relationship of trust with their body
This is not about “doing it right,” performing empowerment, or accessing sensation as a goal.
It is about learning how to be with your body—especially if you’ve never been taught how.
A Different Kind of Workshop
Many spaces that claim to be “empowering” unintentionally override the body—encouraging women to push past discomfort, bypass numbness, or move faster than their nervous system can safely go.
This workshop is different.
Here, the body leads.
Slowness is honored.
Choice is central.
Your “no,” your pause, and your readiness are all respected.
Rather than telling women what they should feel, this space teaches how to listen, how to recognize safety, and how to respond to what is actually present.
You will never be rushed, asked to share more than you want, or guided beyond your capacity.
*Please note that internal work will not be included in this particular workshop. We will focus on external touch related to the womb and vulva to first cultivate a sense of safety and trust with the body. To maintain the intimacy of this container, attendance will be capped at six women.
What You Will Leave With
Women often leave this workshop with:
-
A clearer understanding of their pelvic anatomy and body signals
-
A felt sense of safety and orientation in their body
-
Language for what they experience (numbness, contraction, openness, readiness)
-
Tools for tending to their body at home, at their own pace
-
A new relationship with touch—one rooted in consent and care
-
A deeper trust in their body’s wisdom
This work is especially supportive if you have ever felt:
-
Disconnected from sensation or pleasure
-
Unsure how to approach intimacy safely
-
Overwhelmed or shut down in your body
-
Curious about pelvic care but hesitant or cautious
-
Like past “empowerment” spaces didn’t actually meet your body where it was
