Event Description
This workshop is a deeply transformative experience designed to support women in rebuilding safety and trust within their bodies, gently reawakening sensation, and reconnecting to their natural pace and needs. It is a slow, educational, and experiential space that meets you where you are—without rushing, fixing, or asking your body to be somewhere it is not ready to be.
Through guided touch and applied anatomy, learning is brought into direct, lived experience. We explore pelvic anatomy of womb and vulva in a clear, grounded, and shame-free way, while learning how the nervous system, safety, and sensation are deeply connected. As you learn how to hold yourself in whatever may arise, the body is invited to move from disconnection into presence, and from muted sensation into felt aliveness.
This practice is not about reaching a destination or achieving a specific state. Rather, it is an invitation to listen deeply, honor the true pace of your body, and tend to the womb and vulva with reverence, care, and choice. Without judgment or expectation, self-compassion naturally unfolds, supporting the deepening of a grounded, trusting relationship with your body. This workshop is for women who want to learn how to be with their bodies in a way that feels safe, respectful, and attuned.

-
A clearer understanding of your pelvic anatomy and body signals
-
A felt experience of what the true pace of your body feels like
-
A felt sense of safety and orientation in your body
-
Language for what you experience (numbness, contraction, openness, readiness)
-
Tools for tending to your body at home, at your own pace
-
A new relationship with touch—one rooted in reverence and care
-
A deeper trust and appreciation for your body’s wisdom and cyclical nature
-
A greater capacity to hold yourself in where you are versus desiring to be somewhere else or experiencing something different.
What You Will Leave With
This is for you if you:
-
Desire to build a loving relationship with your body
-
Feel disconnected or dissociated in your body
-
Notice numbness or difficulty feeling sensation or pleasure
-
Experience a lack of ease or safety in your body and/or in intimacy
-
Feel your body is guarded
-
Feel frustrated from carrying expectations around how your body 'should' be or feel
-
Overwhelmed or shut down in your body
-
Have been in enviorments where you were encouraged to push past discomfort, bypass your body's true pace or move faster than your nervous system felt safe to go
*Please note that internal work will not be included in this particular workshop. We will focus on external touch related to the womb and vulva to first cultivate a sense of safety and trust with the body. To maintain the intimacy of this container, attendance will be capped at six women.
