Event Description

This workshop is a deeply transformative experience designed to help women rebuild safety and trust within their bodies, awaken sensation, and reconnect to their natural pace and needs.

Through guided touch and applied anatomy, you’ll bring your understanding of the body into lived experience. From learning how to hold yourself in whatever may arise, to moving from dissociation into presence, and from sensation into aliveness- your knowledge shifts into embodiment.

This practice isn’t about reaching a destination or achieving a specific state, but about listening deeply and being curious about what your body is communicating and feeling, without judgment or expectation. In this way, self-compassion naturally unfolds into a grounded, trusting relationship with yourself.

You will leave with tools and resources to deepen your relationship with your body, empowered by the knowledge and connection cultivated during our time together.

What Women Are Saying...

"Its been a few weeks since the Ceremony and I had such a remarkable shift in relating to and with my Vulva"
"I'm working on rebuilding my relationship with my body, rebuilding trust and sitting with all that has been. These moments when I  am rebuilding this intimacy with my body, the magic comes alive and its  so beautiful. I have felt so helpless and frustrated in this journey and all it took was ceremony,  conversation, and workshop with you to finally open up and make these changes in such a graceful way"
"I've been doing my womb massages and sitting with my body and am learning how to listen to my body both in my practice and in intimacy with my partner and I am learning how to speak her needs. It actually  feels safe and I feel embodied. This work is so huge and potent."
